Great device, this is my first neck fan and i am very pleased with the product.
Work quite well and charged pretty good. Last a while before recharging. Wind is pretty strong which i like, however its not so quite you will hear the motor sound from this fan its not terribly loud though. It has about 5 settings of wind speed by pressing the power botton. Very useful product.
The assembly quality is good, not noisy.
